The state accredited Lottery Agency Meierebert GdbR is selling tickets in the name and for the account of thr S�ddeutsche Klassenlotterie, a public law institution. Therefore, the lottery contract is concluded between the lottery participant and the public law institution S�ddeutsche Klassenlotterie which is represented through its Director Dr. Gerhard Rombach at Bayerwaldstr. 1, 81737 Munich, Germany, trade register HRA 76230.
Order handling/ completion of a contract
The lottery contract is concluded when the lottery agent sends the
ticket (binding offer), punctual payment is made (acceptance) and
the valid ticket has been recorded in the database of the SKL
administration (@ 1 clause 6 ALB (Official Lottery Rules)). The Official
Lottery Schedule and the Official Lottery Rules are binding for the lottery
contract. The Official Lottery Schedule and the Official Lottery Rules are
stored with the SKL for at least the period of the current lottery cycle.
They are callable and accessible to the lottery participant at any time.
In addition, the Official Lottery Schedule and the Official Lottery
Rules are sent to the lottery participant along with the ordered tickets.
Minor protection
Under aged persons (persons younger than 18 years) are not allowed to
participate.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal from lottery services according to
@ 312 d clause 4 no. 4 BGB (German Civil Law)
All prices are subject to the current rate of exchange and may fluctuate.
The SKL is an institution under public law. It is established and run by the German states of Baden-Wuettemberg, Bavaria, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony and Thuringia. These states guarantee correct execution of the lottery, the limit to the number of tickets issued and the number of and amount of the prizes.
